HOW DO I APPLY FOR A JOB/INTERNSHIP AT BILFINGER GREYLOGIX GMBH?
AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Please apply to Bilfinger GreyLogix GmbH via email with your complete application documents – cover letter, tabular CV, and copies of all graduation certificates. You can also send us a written application via regular mail, or apply with the application tool on the Bilfinger website . All types of application will be treated exactly the same.

When applying via email please keep in mind that all your documents are merged into one single PDF file with a file size below 3 MB.

Shortly afterwards you will receive a confirmation of receipt. All applications are then evaluated in a selection process. If your application is selected, you will be invited to a personal interview

HOW IS THE INITIAL TRAINING PHASE REALIZED AT BILFINGER GREYLOGIX GMBH?

The initial training phase at Bilfinger GreyLogix GmbH can be seen as training-on-the-job. After a short theoretical training you are assigned to projects and assume responsibility. We are also always open for new ideas for our processes to prevent a certain “professional blindness“.

Bilfinger GreyLogix GmbH puts great EMPHASIS on FURTHER TRAINING for its employees. In regular internal and external seminars, our employees can improve their professional and social competence. Every employee can freely manage their working hours at Bilfinger GreyLogix GmbH. The management trusts in the agreements made in the work teams and lives a business model with flexible working hours without set core times.

 

HOW MOBILE DO I HAVE TO BE WHEN WORKING AT BILFINGER GREYLOGIX GMBH?

Bilfinger GreyLogix GmbH has offices all over Germany. A  willingness to travel is expected of employees in the national and international project business. Depending on your field of work there may be more or fewer business travels. Stays at distant job sites are usually limited to Germany and of a short duration.

 

WHAT IS THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF BILFINGER GREYLOGIX GMBH?

Organizational structures were created as part of our great growth to define clear responsibilities. With the goal of the highest possible efficiency in mind, the company management counts on flat hierarchies and a „Scandinavian“ management style. Our department managers are directly subordinate to the company management and are supported in the coordination of their team by team managers. These teams work on projects on their own responsibility.
